Our Story

Even though we're technically an Englishman and a South African (with a mixed-breed dog), we love this tiny island! This is our home and we want to help make it even better.

It's our mission to bring the community together and fuel Guernsey's economy through small and locally-run businesses.

Crawley-born, Jordan is a software engineer with extensive knowledge of all things digital. He moved from Jersey to Guernsey in 2020.

From the Eastern Cape of South Africa, Blom is a graphic designer recruited to the island at the end of 2015 and now owns a small stationery and apparel business called TotesNotes.

We're increasingly seeing beloved small businesses fall by the wayside due to increased online demand, difficulty finding an audience, or difficulty establishing a strong online presence.

We realised there wasn't a directory to find local businesses or a niche, so we made one.

Find hedge veg, local artists, small businesses, good coffee, or a specific cuisine. Perhaps you need a wedding photographer or a venue - whatever it is, you can find it here!
